Classic Green Smoothie

Ok I know there are approximately a bazillion “Green Smoothie” recipes on the internet and in no way am I bashing them BUT sometimes you just need a few simple ingredients to make you feel great and satisfy your hunger. So here is an uncomplicated solution to that!

Chai Smoothie

Another smoothie for the Winnow Smoothie Series. This one is more like a dessert and actually tastes more like a milkshake than anything! It’s pretty decadent but not nearly as bad for you as a real milkshake.

Oat Milk

This recipe requires no soaking which means dairy free milk in under 5-10 minutes! Oat milk has a mild, sweet flavor. I find that it works great for drinks, for baked goods, as a light cream for soups or in curry if you can’t have coconut milk.

Watermelon Mint Slushy

Just because the recipe is for a mocktail doesn’t mean it has to be alcohol free. Feel free to add your liquor of choice. I personally think a gin would taste great for those who aren’t sensitive to those grains.

Almond Milk

Almond Milk can seem complicated and like too much work until you actually make it and realize how simple it is to make. Or is that just me?

This recipe is so versatile whether you want it unsweetened, a tad sweet with maple syrup or a date, or you want to flavor it with vanilla. You choose!

Golden Milk Latte

This recipe is inspired by Never Coffee’s take on the Golden Milk Latte. Just the right amount of turmeric (we’re not into drinking curry after all), just the right amount of sweet and just the right amount of something else (salt and orange blossom). Enjoy!
