OKAY! I’ve found it. My favorite smoothie. And of course it’s only seasonal. 😫So go put cantaloupe on your grocery list right now because the season is almost over!

This smoothie is super filling, not too sweet, really refreshing, and carries anti-inflammatory properties! If you’ve been around for any time at all, you know I’m obsessed with foods that offer anti-inflammatory properties!

Cantaloupe Mint Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients


½ c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
12 mint leaves
1 c. cashews
½ c. hemp seeds
2 dates*
4 c. cantaloupe
 ¼ c. frozen coconut

*optional

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
